§ 52.076. BOND REQUIREMENTS.

Any connection with any opening of any sanitary sewer main or branch thereof may be made by a person authorized by the Town Council and by no other. No person shall be authorized to make such connections until satisfying the requirements of the Town Council of his or her capacity as a master plumber and until furnishing an appropriate bond to indemnify the town from loss or damages occasioned by any improper connection.
