§ 52.004. PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM REGULATIONS.

Where a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provisions of § 52.003(G), the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system in accordance and complying with the provisions of the State Department of Environmental Management.
